• What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)? We ship regardless of the quantity you ordered; in other words, the MOQ is 1.

• Where is your location? We have offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Dubai and more to come in the future. We have factories and workshops in China and Vietnam. Packages are shipped from Guangzhou worldwide.

• I'd like to know more about your embroidery services. Unfortunately our design tool does not support embroidery yet. If you need to use embroidery, please contact our customer service via info@hugepod.com.

• Do you offer fabric options to choose from?
  Unfortunately fabric option is currently unavailable. If you really like to bulk order our products but want them in different material, please contact our customer service via info@hugepod.com.
