Order Cancellation Policy As our factory is located in China, all orders are completed and shipped from our factories in China. Our order cut-off time is 10:00 AM Beijing time every day. Any orders placed after 10:00 AM Beijing time until 10:00 AM the following day can be canceled before the next day's order cut-off time.

What does your price include? Our quotation includes the cost of the products themselves and packaging (poly packaging bags). Some items include one-side printing or both-side printing. It depends on the items. An extra amount of fee might be involved if you require customization or any special woven labels, packaging, and tags. For more details, please consult our customer service. If you are asked to pay for additional charges when picking up your package, please contact our customer service or email us (info@hugepod.com) with your order details. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Does the item price include a tariff? No, it doesn't include any tariffs or taxes. Local customs inspect packages randomly during clearance, and only those that are selected may require tariffs. We have always been committed to providing customers with high-quality products at low prices, so the items don't include taxes.

What should I do if my order information or address information is incorrect? For incorrect order information: If you have made a mistake in your design or ordered the wrong quantity, size or color, etc, HugePOD will not be responsible for that, and will not provide a return or refund service after your production has been made. You can cancel the order and reorder before the order cut-off time(10:00 AM Beijing time every day). For incorrect address information: if the address provided by you or your customer is deemed by the courier to be insufficient or inaccurate, the package will be returned. And once we confirm the correct address with you (if applicable), you will be responsible for the logistics costs of the reshipment. For package unclaimed: the unclaimed package has to be returned and you will be responsible for the logistics costs of the reshipment to yourself or your customer (if applicable).

Can I cancel my order? If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service. Cancellation is only possible before the order cut-off time(10:00 AM Beijing time every day). Since after the order cut-off time, your order would be passed to the production phase. If you insist on a refund beyond the order cut-off time, we have to deduct 50% of the total amount as the production cost. If the order is completed but it's not shipped yet, we can refund the shipping fee only. We sincerely hope you understand.

How can I track my order? After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, and you can also find the tracking number on the "Orders" page on our website. You can track the shipping with your tracking number or contact our customer service for shipping information via info@hugepod.com.

How can I pay? You can checkout online with Paypal, credit cards, Klarna.

How long is your lead time? For print-on-demand orders, the production takes 3-7 working days around, depending on the quantity and the designs. For non-print-on-demand items like T-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts of a single color with simple design, it takes 7 working days for sampling, 7-15 days for bulk production. For non-print-on-demand items like coats, suits, wool knitted items, dresses, jeans, bottoms, it takes 7 working days for sampling and 15 working days for bulk production -- a little longer due to the more sophisticated techniques involved. Please note that there may be some unavoidable delays due to customs clearance, bad weather , flight delay or cancellation, etc.
